FOV List Operations

The FOV list displays all your Freight on Value forms. Each row shows the FOV number, customer name, phone, route (from → to), and creation date. Click the three-dot menu on any row to access actions.

The newest FOV is tagged with a green Latest badge. The list auto-loads more records as you scroll (infinite scroll). On mobile, cards replace the table for easier touch interaction.

View PDF

Opens the FOV as a printable PDF in a new browser tab.

1. Click the three-dot menu on any FOV row.
2. Select View FOV.
3. The PDF opens in a new tab with your company branding.

Download PDF

Saves the FOV PDF to your device.

1. Click the three-dot menu on any FOV row.
2. Select Save PDF.
3. The file downloads as fov-{number}.pdf.

Share FOV

Distributes the FOV PDF via your device's native share sheet.

1. Click the three-dot menu on any FOV row.
2. Select Share FOV.
3. Your device's share sheet opens — choose WhatsApp, email, or any app.

Edit FOV

Opens the FOV in the editor to modify any field.

1. Click the three-dot menu on any FOV row.
2. Select Edit.
3. The FOV form opens pre-filled with existing data.
4. Make changes and save. The PDF reflects updates immediately.

Delete FOV

Permanently removes an FOV from your records.

1. Click the three-dot menu on any FOV row.
2. Select Delete.
3. A confirmation dialog appears. Click Delete to confirm.

Search & Filter

Use the search bar above the list to filter FOVs in real time.

• Search by party name, phone number, city name, or FOV number.
• Results update instantly as you type — no page reload.
• Click the × button in the search field to clear.

The result count (e.g., 12 results) displays next to the search bar.
